Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase alongside a valid receipt (print, text, or email). Products must be unopened and unused to qualify.

Items that do not qualify for a refund:

• products from our used section
• paper sheets
• goods purchased online
• gift cards

If you purchase an item that is damaged or unusable in some way (ie dried paint tube, came out of the box broken) please let us know as soon as possible so we can remedy or process a return.
